01

Boxing

Boxing (also known as "western boxing" or "pugilism") was practiced as far back as 688 BC in ancient Greece; the more modern version took hold in America in 1904 and is today practiced as a combat sport in which two people, usually wearing protective gloves and other protective equipment such as hand wraps and mouthguards, throw punches at each other for a predetermined amount of time in a boxing ring.

02

Muay Thai

Muay Thai, sometimes referred to as “Thai Boxing”, originates from Thailand, mid-19th century and is a martial art / full-contact combat sport that uses stand-up striking, sweeps, and various clinching techniques. This discipline is known as the "Art of eight limbs", as it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees and shins.

Savate

Savate (French pronunciation: [“savat”]), also known as “French Boxing” (boxe Française), is a French kickboxing combat sport that uses the hands and feet as weapons combining elements of English boxing with kicking techniques; only kicks are allowed with the feet, unlike some systems such as Southeast Asian boxing or kickboxing, which allow the use of the knees or shins, but it allows strikes in any part of the body.

04

MMA

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport based on striking, grappling and ground fighting, incorporating techniques from various combat sports from around the world, such as Boxing, Muay Thai kickboxing and Brazilian Jiujitsu. The first documented use of the term mixed martial arts was in a review of UFC 1 by television critic Howard Rosenberg in 1993.

Grappling - Catch | Shoot & Sambo

Catch Wrestling is a classical hybrid grappling style and combat sport. It was popularized by wrestlers of travelling funfairs who developed their own submission holds, or "hooks", into their wrestling to increase their effectiveness against their opponents.

Sambo is a martial art with Soviet origins, an internationally practiced combat sport, and a recognized style of amateur wrestling included by UWW in the World Wrestling Championships along with Graeco-Roman wrestling and freestyle wrestling.

Shoot Wrestling is a combat sport that originated in Japan's professional wrestling circuit of the 1970s. Professional wrestlers of that era attempted to use more realistic, "full contact" moves in their matches to increase their excitement, diminishing or eschewing the theatrical elements and looking more similar to an actual, unscripted fight. The name "shoot wrestling" comes from the professional wrestling term "shoot", which refers to any unscripted occurrence within a scripted wrestling event. Shoot wrestling incorporated realistic moves from submission grappling and various kickboxing styles. It was particularly inspired and influenced by catch wrestling, a form of wrestling with submissions that was the predominant style of professional wrestling in the 19th and early 20th century, at the time not yet predetermined.

No-Gi BJJ

No-Gi BJJ is one of two forms of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Gi Jiu-Jitsu is grappling with the use of a traditional Gi, which allows you to grab the clothing of your opponent. No-Gi is grappling without the traditional uniform, instead you wear shorts and a rash guard. In No-Gi contests, you cannot grab your opponent's clothing.

Law Enforcement

Our Law Enforcement classes and courses are designed with several key elements in  mind - from Pain Compliance, to Suspect Arrest & Detention, while mitigating scenarios that will inevitably cause "excessive use of force" law suits by officers out in the streets, who are required to deal with violent offenders that have no respect or regard for the officer's life or that of civilians.

10

Military

Our specialized military training curriculum is designed with an understanding of the abject violence that military personnel will encounter in hand-to-hand combat and weapons combat (CQC & CQB). There is no more perfect a scenario that combatants will need the "3-second kill" techniques, than war.
